Roofing Repair Technician Cypress Solar & Roofing 4300 Parkway Drive, Bossier City, LA 71112 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction and repair work. This role involves performing repairs and maintenance on a variety of roofing types, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. The Repair Technician will work closely with production team on repair sites, contributing to the successful completion of projects. Additional skills in small carpentry, drywall, and painting repairs are a significant plus. Key Responsibilities Perform repairs on residential and commercial roofing systems, including shingles, metal, tile, and flat roofs. Diagnose and fix leaks and other roofing issues efficiently and effectively. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of roofing systems. Carry out small carpentry tasks, drywall repairs, and painting as needed. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service, addressing clients’ concerns and ensuring satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth project execution. Experience Proven experience as a Roofing Repair Technician or similar role in the roofing and construction industry.
