for professional advancement. Year-round work. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Experience with standing seam metal roof system, metal wall panel system, plate and ACM metal wall panel systems. Work in accordance with safety guidelines and job specifications. Responsible for leading, motivating, and coaching their crews on roofing jobs. Restore, Removal, Repair, and Replacement of various commercial roofing systems (including architectural sheet-metal). Maintain professional interaction with all customers and crew members. Organize, plan, and achieve all goals based on the scope of the work. Ability to travel when necessary. Requirements 3+ years of Architectural sheet metal roofing experience. Willing to work in varying heights and weather conditions. Ability to work weekends and holidays when necessary. Ability to life 50-100 pounds throughout the day and set up a ladder safely up to 40 feet. Must possess basic computer skills. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. 21 years of age or older (In order to drive a company vehicle). Authorized to work in the
