Performing and continuing learning of roofing duties/tasks as well as other construction services as needed within our production department.

Job Responsibilities include:

• Assigned daily duties that will include picture taking of jobs assigned to and overseeing within our technology platform.
• Job notes to be taken and input into our CRM system for each job assigned and overseeing.
• Customer interaction and communication of each job responsible for from the beginning to end of the project.
• Responsible for the cleanliness of each job site overseeing that would include a second de-nailing the day after a job completion or within that week.
• Oversight of the crews on each job site you are responsible for and being sure Safety Standards and procedures are being followed per OSHA Guidelines
• Collections of payments due by customers project based on the contract terms and breakdown. Writing up change orders and communication to customers on extra costs of the projects.
• Upkeep and Cleanliness of company vehicles.
• Care and proper use of company property equipment and vehicles
• Following all SOP’S and procedures set within the production dept. and by management.
• Responsible for assisting with other duties and tasks tied to the production dept.

to include assist with repairs and maintenance Ability to work outdoors for extended periods of time, various weather conditions. Experience in the roofing industry or management preferred.
