The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various aspects of construction and remodeling, with a focus on delivering high-quality results. As a Renovator, you will be responsible for transforming spaces through renovation projects, ensuring that all work meets industry standards and client expectations. Responsibilities Execute renovation projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and final inspection. Perform concrete forming to create durable structures. Hang doors accurately and efficiently to ensure proper functionality. Lay tiles with precision for aesthetic appeal and durability. Install glass fixtures while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards. Read and interpret schematics to understand project requirements and specifications. Work with drywall to create smooth surfaces for painting or finishing. Collaborate with team members to build and remodel various structures, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Manage construction tasks effectively, maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Experience Proven experience in renovation or construction roles, demonstrating proficiency in the required skills. Familiarity with concrete forming, door hanging, tile laying, glass installation, schematics reading, drywall work, building techniques, remodeling practices, roofing knowledge, and construction management is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
