⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Patio Roof Framing-Metal Roof (Asheville) compensation: Contract/Bid I am the GC of this project and I am looking for a SOLID framing crew to build this simple “Shed Style” patio roof. You will need a crew of 3-4 Strong guys as there is a long LVL that will need to be set and notched into the posts. I will supply all the materials and a basic plan, you supply me with the labor. Basic Dimensions:

20′ L x 25′ Wide Approximate slope: 4/12 (Tie into existing roof which the facia board on that roof is about 11-12′ above the patio.) (Rafters to sit on top of existing rafters, we are NOT tying into the fascia) Sheathed with 1/2″ CDX Pay will be according to our contract. I estimate it will take a

SOLID CREW 1-2

days to frame-sheath this roof as there are no footers required. Posts will be anchored into the existing concrete patio underneath the roof.

PLEASE PROVIDE A LABOR QUOTE BASED ON THOSE SPECS.

Im also looking for a SOLID Metal Roofing Crew. (Roof will be sheathed before you arrive) I need a Roofing Quote for the Felt-Metal Only it will need to be flashed into the existing shingle roof which is about a 6/12 pitch. Include 5 Squares of Metal Install in your quote and all Flashing LABOR needed I do not have anymore info than this so please do not ask. I will to anyone who provides a solid bid along with some pictures of previous work. This project will start in 1-2 weeks and is located just north of Asheville.
