We are looking for a Commercial Roofing Technician in the Charlotte, North Carolina area. This is an entry-level position, and we are willing to train the right candidate. SPECIFIC DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB

Execute daily tasks with strict adherence to Catamount Roofing and OSHA standards for roofing safety. Diagnose and repair roof leaks at client properties. Communicate with tenants to determine leak locations. Properly apply roofing materials and industry standard workmanship. Execute repair & maintenance scopes of work. Manage roof repair & maintenance projects. Diagnose and submit additional repairs as needed for upselling. Observe and learn application, workmanship, and diagnostic skills. Safely and properly operate company-owned or rented equipment and vehicles, adhering to company policies and state/national regulations. Overnight travel to jobsites for the duration of projects is required. Valid driver’s license

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Roofing Technicians must exhibit basic skills necessary to work in roofing. Roof system installation / repair

SCHEDULE
