Job:

We’re looking for a dependable and skilled Commercial Roofer to join our crew. If you’ve got hands-on roofing experience and know your way around a construction site, we want to hear from you! In this role, you’ll be working on commercial buildings—installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of roofs to keep things solid and weatherproof.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Installing, repairing, and maintaining flat and sloped commercial roofing systems Reading blueprints and following project plans Handling heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and doing physical work throughout the day Using hand and power tools safely and efficiently Checking out existing roofs to spot problems or needed fixes Helping with some trim carpentry as part of the job Keeping job sites clean and organized Traveling to job sites throughout Wake and Johnston counties.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience working with roofing systems and tools Good understanding of job site safety and best practices Trim carpentry skills are helpful (drywall experience is a plus!) Able to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in all kinds of weather A background in general maintenance is a nice bonus Team player with a solid work ethic
