Registered Entity License required; Tearoff & haulaway; roof inspection; replace plywood decking as needed, apply synthetic underlayment, water shield, flashing and vents as needed; Install roofing shingles to manufacturer’s best practices; 4/12 to 7/12 pitch; jobsite cleanup; average job is $15,000; •
