We’re seeking a versatile and reliable full-time Junior General Contractor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on a variety of tasks across multiple job sites, with attention to detail and a passion for quality renovations. About the Role We’re looking for a Junior General Contractor to join our renovation team and support ongoing construction projects across our residential investment properties. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who’s dependable, hard-working, and eager to build a career in construction. You’ll work directly under our Senior General Contractor, assisting with demolition, prep work, framing, repairs, material handling, and general site logistics. You’ll gain exposure to every phase of the renovation process—from rough construction to final finishes—while building foundational skills in the field. We’re seeking someone who takes direction well, shows up on time, and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty.   • Assist with demolition, prep work, and general construction tasks
  • Support framing, drywall, painting, flooring, and finish work as needed
  • Help maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
  • Load, unload, and transport tools and building materials
  • Follow instructions from the Senior General Contractor and other supervisors
  • Communicate job site needs or issues clearly and promptly
  • Perform basic repairs and touch-ups under guidance
  • Help track materials and tools to ensure job sites stay on schedule
  • Run site errands (e.g., material pickups, hardware store runs)
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned Required Skills & Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in general construction, renovation, or related trades (preferred, but not required)
  • Comfortable using basic tools (drills, saws, hand tools, etc.)
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well under supervision
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Basic understanding of construction site safety practices
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
  • Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Nice To Have
  • Experience in residential real estate, flips, or investment property renovations.
  • Prior experience in residential renovations or working with contractors
  • Familiarity with job site logistics (materials handling, cleanup, basic demo)
  • Interest in pursuing a long-term career in construction
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, or carpentry is a plus
  • Experience with landscaping and seasonal property tasks (e.
