Requirements:

No prior experience is required Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, roofs etc Must be accountable and enjoy mild, physical outside work Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Must be able to pass a DOT physical Must pass a background check and drug test Desire to learn and advance in the company

We will train you at the shop to ensure you have the basic skills needed before you ever go to a customer’s home with our crew leaders. During the day you will be working at multiple job sites a day installing gutters and guards, cleaning gutters, and also making repairs to gutters. We also occasionally fix fascia. Someone with previous construction experience/knowledge would make a great candidate. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for learning, are accountable, enjoy mild, physical outside work, have a clean driving record, and want career advancement opportunities. We are growing quickly so there is an opportunity for a quick promotion.
