Overview:

Marquis Roofing is seeking a skilled and reliable Roof Repair Specialist to handle repairs across asphalt shingle, standing seam metal (both exposed and concealed fastener), and rubber roofing systems. This role is hands-on and critical to maintaining our reputation for high-quality, long-lasting repairs. You’ll work independently or in a small team, diagnosing and repairing leaks, replacing damaged materials, and performing maintenance on a variety of residential and light commercial roofing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect roofs to diagnose leaks, storm damage, or structural issues Perform precise repairs on: Asphalt shingle roofs Standing seam metal roofs EPDM/rubber flat roofs Replace damaged shingles, flashing, pipe boots, ridge vents, and other roofing components Reseal penetrations, seams, and transitions on rubber and metal roofs Ensure all repairs are weather-tight and meet company standards Communicate clearly with project managers, estimators, and occasionally with homeowners

Qualifications:

3+ years of roofing experience Proficiency in identifying leak sources and root-cause failure Experience working with asphalt shingles, rubber, and standing seam metal Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

$20.00 – $30.00 per hour
