Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated General Construction Employee to join our team in a full time carpenter capacity for our subdivision underway in Exeter, NH. Your role is essential for ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction practices, knowledge of basic carpentry skills with the desire to learn more, and a willingness to work on daily tasks required to build a home from start to finish where the focus is on quality at each step, from site work to punchlist.

Founded in 2015, Profile Homes is a turnkey professional Semi-Custom Home Builder currently building out our 45 home subdivision in Exeter, NH Our roots started in Custom Net-Zero home building and have transitioned into large scale development projects where we keep the passion for building a high end product. We are currently underway in building NH’s largest Net-Zero ready home community in Exeter, NH where your daily tasks will focus on both interior and exterior work and general carpentry needs. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Working under the supervision of a project manager or site supervisor when necessary Understanding customer requirements and retaining verbal information provided Responding to changes rapidly and when assigned. Ability to clearly read blueprints helpful Managing or working with subcontractors Experience in all aspects of carpentry from framing to finish work Strong attention to detail Working within a wide team to help facilitate completion of multiple projects A general knowledge of building codes and regulations Professionalism with clients, staff and the community and remain presentable Create material lists for scopes of work and have the ability to plan steps ahead of your daily routine Ownership of the majority of the basic tools of the trade. Ability to work Monday – Friday. Weekends are never required and 4 day work weeks are offered in the
