We’re searching for a thorough, detail-oriented leader and problem solver to join our talented team as a full-time Lead Roofing Technician – Roofer . Depending on experience and qualifications, you make $26.00 – $36.00/hour and have the potential to earn commission . We provide your tools , give you a take-home vehicle , and offer paid training in addition to our general benefits package: Fully paid health, dental, and vision insurance Ongoing training 401(k) with match Uniforms Paid holidays Paid vacations You usually work from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday with some flexibility depending on the project. As our Lead Roofing Technician – Roofer, you guide a team of junior technicians in performing top-notch roof repairs, replacements, and maintenance services. Leveraging your leadership and problem-solving skills, you supervise crew members and train technicians on how to get the job done correctly. You also perform hands-on work to keep our clients dry and comfortable and their roofs in excellent condition!
