The Rehab Lead Technician is responsible for providing expert skills in renovating vacant units between tenants. Please note a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation is

We do reimburse for milage on a bi-weekly basis. Job Duties include, but are not limited to the following: Overseeing a crew of 3-5 people Assist in general training of employees Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner Document all work orders appropriately General duties to prepare units for move in Replace flooring Install cabinets and/ or counter tops Commute to different job sites Cosmetic repairs which will include plaster, painting, etc. Communicate effectively with tenants, management and staff Performing other work-related duties as assigned Light electrical knowledge Light plumbing knowledge Minor knowledge in framing Able to work with little supervision Great communication skills Some technical skills(phone, ipad, ect…) Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) 3 – 5 years of Residential Construction Valid Driver’s License
