Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Residential Roofing Repair Technician to join our team. In this role, you will specialize in diagnosing and repairing residential roofing systems, ensuring durability, safety, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in roofing repair, and passionate about delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect residential roofs to identify damage, leaks, or wear and provide accurate assessments. Perform repairs on various roofing materials, including asphalt shingles, metal, tile, and flat roofing systems. Replace damaged or missing shingles, flashing, gutters, and other roofing components. Safely remove debris and old materials as needed during repair projects. Collaborate with team members to complete repairs efficiently and meet project deadlines. Communicate effectively with homeowners, explaining repair needs and ensuring their satisfaction. Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards while working at heights and on job sites. Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles in good condition. Document completed repairs and provide reports as required.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in residential roofing repair or a related field. Strong knowledge of roofing materials, installation techniques, and repair methods. Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions safely and comfortably. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Physical ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50-75 lbs) and perform manual labor. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Customer-service oriented with strong communication skills. OSHA certification or willingness to obtain it (preferred but not required). Experience with siding repair is a plus but not mandatory.
