• 70K + Bonus Potential (Exempt) To qualify for the position you must have: Roofing or construction site experience Strong leadership and communication skills Comfortable working outdoors, climbing ladders, and accessing rooftops Able to document progress with photos/videos and manage daily reports Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (background check required) Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail This is a boots-on-the-ground role—ideal for someone who takes pride in job site execution and customer satisfaction.
