We prefer someone over 21 with basic masonry skills. You’ll work directly with the owner with the potential to eventually run your own crew and truck. Part-time Responsibilities Assist in construction inspection and restoration tasks to ensure quality standards are met. Utilize hand tools effectively for various construction activities, including caulking and fabrication. Support carpentry work, including cabinet installation and flooring installation. Collaborate with team members on stucco applications and other finishing tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding project progress and any issues that arise. Requirements Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with hand tools and basic construction techniques is essential. Knowledge of construction management principles is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced workers.
