What You’ll Do Install and repair single-ply commercial roofing systems :

TPO EPDM

Occasionally modified bitumen or insulation systems Read blueprints and specs to execute proper layouts and terminations Tear-off and prep existing roofs as needed for install Handle seams, flashings, penetrations, and perimeter detail work Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times Follow all OSHA and company safety standards What You Bring Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial roofing (TPO/EPDM preferred) Ability to properly handle and install heat-welded and glue-down systems Experience with flashing, insulation, and roof tie-ins Comfortable working at heights and in varying outdoor conditions Own basic hand tools (safety gear and large tools provided) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Strong work ethic and team-first attitude What You Get $20-$30+/hour starting pay , based on experience Year-round work – we don’t shut down when the weather changes Opportunities to grow into lead, foreman, or estimator roles Paid safety training and certifications Work with a professional crew that respects your time and skills If you’re tired of seasonal layoffs and want a steady, good-paying job with real opportunity, this is it. and get back to doing what you do best — putting roofs down right the first time.
