Two Types of Candidates:

Experienced Hardscape Technician 3+ years of hand-on experience in hardscaping Skilled in retaining walls, paver patios, site layout, and using machinery Able to contribute immediately to job site productivity Leadership potential is a major plus Entry-Level Technician (Great for High School Grads) No experience required – just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn Must be dependable, coachable, and physically able to perform outdoor labor On-the-job training provided with real growth opportunities Responsibilities Execute landscape construction projects with precision and attention to detail. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate installations. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Assist with site prep, layout, and installation of paver patios, retaining walls, and other hardscape features Use hand tools, power tools, and occasionally operate light machinery Work outdoors in various weather conditions Follow instructions and collaborate with team members Requirements Proven experience in landscape construction or a related field. Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Punctuality and a positive attitude Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow your skills Why Work With Us?
