Full Job Description Position Overview:
As an In-House Gutter Installer, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and light commercial gutter systems. This hands-on role involves working with aluminum and other gutter materials, using specialized tools, and ensuring clean, functional, and professional installations on every project.
Key Responsibilities:
Install seamless gutter systems, downspouts, and related accessoriesMeasure, cut, and fabricate gutter components on-site Safely use gutter machines, ladders, and other installation tools Diagnose and repair gutter leaks, clogs, or damaged sections Ensure all work meets quality standards and local building codes Maintain job site cleanliness and uphold company professionalism Communicate clearly with clients and team members on job progress
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in gutter installation or exterior construction Proficient in using gutter machines and hand/power toolsComfortable working at heights and on laddersValid driver’s license and reliable transportation Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
Experience with fascia and soffit work Familiarity with different gutter guard systems Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
