Job Description:

As a Roofing Salesman, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, providing them with expert advice, detailed estimates, and top-tier service. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, managing sales from start to finish, and building lasting relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

Meet with prospective clients to assess their roofing needs and offer tailored solutions. Provide accurate, competitive pricing and proposals. Conduct roof inspections and deliver assessments to homeowners and business owners. Follow up on leads, close sales, and meet monthly sales targets. Maintain a strong understanding of roofing products, materials, and industry trends. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and generating repeat business. Handle paperwork, contracts, and follow-through from sales to project completion. Work with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in roofing sales, home improvement sales, or related industry (preferred but not required). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and driven by results. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Knowledge of roofing systems and materials (preferred but not required). Ability to handle customer objections professionally and with confidence.
