Per Week Location:
Charleston, SC Eminent Remodeling LLC is seeking experienced and skilled roofers and subcontractors to join our team for our upcoming Brentwood Plaza project. This is a lucrative opportunity for professionals with expertise in TPO and torch-down roofing applications.
Job Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 2+ years in teardown and re-roofing.
Citizenship:
U.S. citizens born in the U.S. are preferred. Naturalized citizens and green card holders may be considered for low-security job sites.
Certifications:
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification required. (Training can be provided if necessary.)
Identification:
Must provide a U.S. ID (driver’s license, state ID, etc.) plus one of the following: Social Security card Birth certificate Valid passport
Skill Proficiency:
Expertise in torch-down and TPO roofing applications is required.
Screening:
Candidates must pass a background check and drug screening.

Pay:
Starting at $800+ per week, with weekly pay.
