The ideal candidate will have experience using a paint spray gun, ensuring a high-quality finish that meets our standards. Responsibilities Apply stains to wood Prepare surfaces for staining by cleaning, prepping, as necessary. Pick up and return stain and equipment as needed (must have reliable truck and/or trailer transportation to transport stain and equipment) Collaborate with team members on construction sites to achieve project goals efficiently. Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for preparation and application tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Qualifications Familiarity with staining equipment techniques is a plus. Proficient in using power tools and hand tools relevant to the trade. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
