un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Roofer/Handyman NEEDED for metal and shingle repairs and Punch list. (Travelers Rest area) ‹ image 1 of 8 › compensation: $700 neg labor only with maybe a bonus I need an experienced roofer/handyman to finish up an unfinished poor roof job on my mountain house at Caesars Head Need shingle and metal reworked properly with metal valleys,ridge caps etc especially on the back side. Fortunately the new roofing was over an existing roof. I also need some caulking, glazing and touch up paint on a few windows etc,repair and paint a couple rotted window sills put up screens, proper flashing etc. In other words a complete punch list just like you would do on your own house. Probably 3 to 5 days days work for one person who is experienced. I want someone local to the area to take their time and do it right and help as a caretaker in the future.
