Essential Skills & Employment Criteria:

Trained & experienced in roof demolition/removal Ability to work independently when needed without direct supervision and remain on task Advanced knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and details required Knowledge of power tools, general construction equipment, roofing, and basic carpentry is required OSHA 10 training is required prior to job start Ability to pass a security clearance We work where we live, and it shows.
