This role involves diagnosing and repairing a variety of commercial roofing systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety at all times. The ideal candidate will have experience with roofing repairs, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. This position is based out of our Franklin, TN office and will require regular travel to job sites throughout Arkansas and Missouri. Key Responsibilities Inspect and assess damage or wear on commercial roofing systems. Perform repairs on TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, and other low-slope roofing systems. Seal leaks, replace damaged materials, and apply coatings as needed. Ensure all work meets company and industry safety standards Communicate clearly with customers and internal team about findings, repairs, and job status. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent. Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Travel to various job sites as required. Perform routine maintenance to prevent future issues. Requirements 2+ years of experience in commercial roofing, specifically in repair and maintenance Familiarity with a wide range of roofing systems (e.g., TPO, EPDM, built-up, metal) Ability to read and interpret work orders, plans, and safety instructions Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks Preferred Qualifications OSHA 10 or 30 certification. Manufacturer certifications (e.g., DuroLast, Carlisle, Firestone, GAF). Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
