Crawlspace Titans, a leading provider of crawlspace remediation and foundation repair in Middle Tennessee, is seeking a dedicated Crawlspace Technician to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our operations by performing a variety of tasks, including insulation removal and installation, organic growth treatment, vapor barrier installation, and assisting with the installation of sump pumps, dehumidifiers, and drainage systems.

Responsibilities:

Learn to identify moisture intrusion, organic growth, and potential water entry points. Apply fungal treatments safely and effectively following industry regulations. Install vapor barriers and assist with full encapsulation projects. Dig trenches for buried downspouts and french drains. Support the installation of sump pumps, dehumidifiers, and drainage tile. Assist with construction, residential foundation repair, and structural repair tasks. Utilize basic hand tools, power tools, air tools, and other equipment as necessary. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform repairs when needed. Adhere strictly to safety protocols to ensure personal, client, and environmental safety. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Experience and Skills Required:

Experience in residential maintenance, construction, remediation, or related fields preferred. Willingness to learn and thrive in a challenging work environment. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately assess service needs. Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality. Professional demeanor with integrity, courage, self-motivation, and dependability. Physical ability to meet the demands of the job. Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment with diverse personalities. Clean driving record and valid driver’s license required. Must pass a background check Legal citizen or DHS work authorization. Must have a valid bank account for direct deposit Reliable transportation.

Job Type:

Full-time and Part-time positions available. Competitive pay based on experience with potential for raises after 90-day evaluation. Paid holidays and PTO.
