What you will be doing You will be onsite the majority of the time Running jobs; ensuring that projects are all running smoothly and delivered on time, materials are ordered and delivered Managing crews; ensure projects are sufficiently staffed, crews follow installation processes and safety protocols, recruit sub-contractors What we need from you Knowledge of commercial roofing systems and installation methods Experience within a managerial role at a commercial roofing contractor Ability to travel to multiple sites daily across Central Tennessee (Morrison and Murfreesboro areas) Collaborative attitude, driven to deliver quality and a team player Don’t hesitate and
