Full-time, 40 hours Description As a Repair & Service Technician, you’ll be on the front lines delivering critical service and repair solutions to our customers. Whether addressing warranty issues or taking on new service calls, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing problems, executing high-quality repairs, and ensuring homeowner satisfaction every step of the way. Key Responsibilities Customer Repairs & Warranty Service Respond to customer inquiries and service requests for past and current jobs Diagnose and perform repairs on shingle, metal, and flat roof systems (e.g., EPDM, TPO) Communicate repair findings and scope clearly to customers Document work completed and update service tickets with job notes and photos Teamwork & Jobsite Excellence Collaborate with Production and Operations teams to ensure scheduling and materials align Maintain a clean and safe jobsite, following company and OSHA safety guidelines Proactively report material needs, safety concerns, or customer issues Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in roofing, service, or residential construction Proficient with asphalt shingles, metal and flat roofing systems.
