Roofer/Laborer A.P.A Construction Inc Nashville, TN 37204 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Roofer/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various roofing tasks, including installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. The Roofer/Laborer will also engage in additional labor tasks that support overall construction projects. Duties Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems using various materials such as shingles, metal, and tiles. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications. Perform heavy lifting and physical labor associated with roofing tasks. Assist in restoring and maintaining structures, including stucco work. Engage in trim carpentry tasks as needed for roofing projects. Collaborate with team members to ensure safety protocols are followed on-site. Utilize welding techniques when necessary for structural repairs. Support plumbing tasks related to roof drainage systems. Build scaffolding and other temporary structures to facilitate roofing work. Requirements Proven experience in roofing or related construction fields is preferred. Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively. Skills in maintenance person tasks, including trim carpentry and stucco restoration. Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods. Familiarity with .
