The ideal candidate will be responsible for the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding systems to ensure safe and efficient access for construction projects. This role requires a strong understanding of construction practices, safety protocols, and the ability to work collaboratively on various job sites. Responsibilities Assemble and dismantle scaffolding structures according to project specifications and safety guidelines. Collaborate with construction teams to ensure scaffolding meets access needs for various tasks. Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding systems to ensure stability and safety compliance. Utilize power tools effectively for the assembly of scaffolding components. Assist in remodeling projects by providing necessary support structures. Maintain a clean and organized work area on the construction site. Follow all safety regulations and protocols to minimize risks on-site. Experience Previous experience in scaffold building or related construction roles is preferred. Familiarity with stucco application, glass installation, door hanging, and electrical work is a plus. Proficient in using power tools and equipment safely and effectively. Knowledge of construction management principles and practices is advantageous. Ability to perform construction inspections to ensure quality standards are met. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all tasks performed.
