MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE, BE ON TIME, AND BE DEPENDABLE
We are looking for a dependable, self-motivated, and trustworthy individual to complete quality projects. This individual will need to have reliable transportation to and from our primary location, Springfield, TN. You must be a skilled roofer as this is not an entry level position. You must be able to work from 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday thru Friday but also be flexible as the need arises. A valid driver’s license is required. This is a full-time W-2 position, and pay is based on ability and experience. You must be willing to listen, learn, and grow. This position requires excellent communication skills, including fluency in English as it involves interactions with customers and supervisors who only speak English.
Skills required:
You must be able to work in high places. Must be able to do all aspects of roofing repair and/or replace. Must be able to do flashing, roof repairs or types of roofing.
