As well as surrounding area of west Tennessee and into north Mississippi. We believe employee development is the key to our success. The Foreman oversees the Roof Mechanics and Laborers, ensuring assigned jobs are completed safely and timely.

Essential Functions:

Manages the day-to-day activities around servicing customers with regards to leak repairs Ensuring safety of yourself and any crew and others around the job site Responsible for quality work and daily production from crew Track and report progress of assigned jobs, looking ahead and communicating future needs, obstacles, etc. Communicate with the Client Service Manager, M&R Manager, any crew, and building owner/customer. Always be prepared for jobs with a vision/plan of how the repair will be done Maintain employee time sheets, daily jobsite photos, jobsite safety meetings and required documentation Research new roofing systems as needed

Competencies and Experience:

1+ years’ experience in roof mechanic role preferred 1+ years’ experience in a manual labor role required Proactive work habits Problem solver

Required Education and Licenses:

High School Diploma or GED preferred Non-commercial Driver’s License preferred

Work Environment:

Work on surfaces of various heights and pitches Moderately loud Physically demanding Work outdoors in all weather conditions

Physical Demands:

Lift up to 100 lbs. on a regular basis Stand, kneel, bend for long periods of time Climb onto roofs and other elevated surfaces Reach and grab repetitively Endure extreme heat or cold for long periods of time Repetitive motions such as sweeping, shoveling, pulling, and pushing Competitive pay based on experience, paid time off, benefits, 401(k) and ability to grow within the company.
