Roof Service Technician must have the ability to investigate shingled roof leaks and make necessary repairs and cleanup. Seeking Full Time Employee Roof Helpers – willing to work and help service technicians with materials, tools, job cleanup and anything else needed to complete the job. Seeking Full Time Employee or a Part Time Employee willing to be scheduled a few days a week for job help, when required.

MUST:

Speak English Have a valid driver’s license Drug Free Own Tools (Service Technicians) Minimum 4 yrs of experience (Service Technicians) Excellent Customer Skills – will often be interacting with customers about their roof issues. Ability to work with shingled roofs, steep roof pitches both 1 and 2 story on residential homes, identify issues, and make repairs. Ability to read and write estimates / work orders Commission earning opportunities are available with time, experience, and a performance review. (Service Technicians) Summary As a Residential Roof Service Technician, you will be essential in maintaining and repairing roofing systems, ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Service Manager, your core skills in hand tools, power tools, and construction will be vital in executing tasks efficiently. With service technician experience and a valid driver’s license, you will navigate various job sites while utilizing your premium skills in construction estimating. Your relevant abilities in roof inspections and the ability to lift heavy roofing materials will further enhance our team’s effectiveness in delivering top-tier roofing solutions. Utilize hand and power tools effectively for roofing repairs and installations. Read and interpret estimates/contracts to execute construction tasks accurately. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and maintaining communication throughout the service process. Assist in heavy lifting and material handling as required on construction sites.
