This role involves working on various construction sites, focusing on the installation, repair, and restoration of roofing and siding systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, with the ability to read blueprints and execute projects efficiently. This position requires physical stamina for heavy lifting and the ability to work in various weather conditions. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems using various materials such as shingles, metal, and tiles. Install siding materials including vinyl, wood, and fiber cement. Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications. Perform heavy lifting and maneuver materials safely on construction sites. Restore existing structures by repairing or replacing damaged roofing or siding components. Build custom features as needed for specific projects.. Participate in remodeling projects that involve roofing or siding changes. Skills Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings. Strong knowledge of construction site safety protocols. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) regularly. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality workmanship. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients. Strong work ethic and great attitude. License is required.
