CCS Construction Staffing is now hiring experienced Sheet Metal Mechanics for a commercial HVAC project in Tallahassee, FL. We’re looking for skilled individuals who can handle all phases of ductwork installation with precision and efficiency. Ideal candidates will have experience with measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing sheet metal duct systems.
Job Duties:
Install rectangular, spiral, and flex ductwork
Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
Measure, cut, and fabricate sheet metal to specifications
Set HVAC units and ensure all duct systems are properly sealed and supported
Work independently and safely in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
Proven experience as a sheet metal mechanic in commercial settings
Must have own tools and full PPE
Ability to read and follow ductwork drawings and specifications
Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
No training provided•certified and experienced mechanics only
