Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is now hiring skilled sheet metal mechanics for a commercial project in Venice, FL. Candidates must be experienced in HVAC duct installation and able to perform hands-on work with minimal supervision. This is a great opportunity for dependable tradespeople ready to start immediately.
Work Scope Includes:
Measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing sheet metal ductwork
Installing hangers and supports for duct systems
Interpreting blueprints and mechanical drawings
Sealing and insulating ducts for energy efficiency
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of commercial sheet metal/HVAC experience
Must have own tools and full PPE (hard hat, safety vest, gloves, glasses, boots)
Ability to work independently and follow layout plans
Reliable transportation and strong attendance
OSHA 10 preferred, but not required
