CCS Construction Staffing is actively hiring experienced Sheet Metal Mechanics for a commercial HVAC project in Venice, FL. This role requires proven experience in duct installation, blueprint reading, and field execution with minimal oversight.

Job Responsibilities:
Measure, cut, and install HVAC duct systems
Fabricate and fit sheet metal ductwork according to spec
Install hangers, supports, and sealants
Interpret mechanical layouts and blueprints
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of HVAC sheet metal experience
Must have own tools and full PPE (hard hat, vest, gloves, glasses, boots)
Ability to read layout plans and work independently
Reliable transportation and punctuality required
OSHA 10 preferred, not required
