Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the fabrication and assembly of sheet metal parts and components according to blueprints and specifications. Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication machinery, such as shears, press brakes, and rollers. Measure, cut, bend, and shape sheet metal materials as directed. Assist in the layout and fitting of metal components. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety guidelines. Support experienced fabricators and mechanics in various tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required. Basic understanding of hand and power tools. Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in metalwork or fabrication. Ability to read and interpret measurements and blueprints (training will be provided). Good physical stamina; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Willingness to learn and take initiative.
