• Temp to Hire Responsibilities Assist with fabrication, assembly, alteration, and repair of sheet metal products and equipment.

Assist with gathering material required for performance of work. (May)Assist with set-up and operation of equipment including but not limited to: plasma cutting tables; power shears; notches; brakes; rollers; lock-formers; cleat benders; punches; pinspotters; insulation cutters; insulation adhesive applicators; saws; hand tools; and drill presses to cut, form, punch, insulate, seal, and assemble sheet metal. Qualifications Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects as required. Strong commitment to safety practices on the job site. Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors. Good communication skills for effective teamwork. Previous experience in a labor or helper role is a plus but not required. #
