We specialize in complete system builds and are looking for a team experienced. Responsibilities Execute electrical installations and repairs according to project specifications. Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively on construction sites. Interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate installations. Perform low voltage wiring for various systems, including lighting and security. Conduct tests using voltmeters to ensure proper functionality of electrical systems. Collaborate with other subcontractors and construction teams to meet project deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized work environment on-site. Adhere to all safety regulations and standards, including NEC guidelines. Licensed and insured crew (General Liability + Workers Comp or exemption) Experience with full solar installs including inverters and panel upgrades Clean, professional work and communication with homeowners Able to read plans and follow permit guidelines Your own tools, trucks, and equipment Flexible and responsive
