Job Description
Commercial Lead Solar Installer (Crew Lead) Tampa Bay Solar Tampa, FL 33619 As the Commercial Lead Solar Installer, you will oversee mainly commercial installation projects, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Reporting to the Operations Manager, your core skills in blueprint/electrical plan reading, roofing, and electrical work will be essential in executing installations efficiently. You will assemble, install, and maintain commercial solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on roofs or other structures in compliance with site assessments and schematics. This includes running and bending conduit (like EMT, RMC, and PVC), pulling and terminating DC and AC wiring, installing proper grounding and bonding, wiring inverters and monitoring systems, connecting to service panels and breakers, performing voltage testing and troubleshooting, and helping with system commissioning, and also working on battery storage or EV charger integration, depending on the project. Looking for experienced solar installer to run a crew and supervise residential and commercial Solar PV installations from start to finish.
