Job Responsibilities:
Measurement & Fabrication:
Accurately measure and cut seamless gutters to fit specific job requirements.
Installation & Assembly:
Securely install gutters, downspouts, and related components according to building codes and project needs.
Worksite Preparation & Cleanup:
Ensure proper workspace setup, complete installations safely, and conduct thorough cleanup after job completion.
Equipment Handling:
Operate and maintain tools such as gutter machines, saws, drills, and ladders.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all OSHA and company safety standards while working at heights and handling materials.
Customer Interaction:
Answer client questions regarding gutter solutions, provide recommendations, and maintain a professional demeanor.
Repairs & Maintenance:
Perform inspections and repairs on existing gutter systems to ensure optimal function.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Previous experience in seamless gutter installation or related construction field preferred. Ability to work safely at heights and in various weather conditions. Familiarity with tools and equipment necessary for cutting, assembling, and installing seamless gutters. Strong attention to detail and precision in measurement and fitting. Good physical condition with ability to lift and carry materials (up to 50 lbs). Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Willingness to work flexible hours based on project needs. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Preferred Skills & Traits:
Experience working with aluminum, copper, and steel gutter systems. Basic carpentry or roofing experience is a plus. Problem-solving ability for troubleshooting installation challenges. Strong work ethic and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
