We are currently seeking a Infrastructure Installation Technician specialized in Low Voltage Technology to join our Orlando Technologies Group. Our Technologies Group is undergoing a remarkable period of expansion and advancement. This presents an excellent opportunity to become a valued member of our team, actively contributing to the ongoing development of Team RDB. Responsibilities Install low voltage wiring, including Category, audio, video, and control systems, in new and remodel construction projects. Install high voltage wiring, such as Romex, MC, and THHN cables, in accordance with safety guidelines and industry standards. Focus on multi-family construction projects, ensuring timely and accurate installation of wiring systems. Work with both wood and metal framing to accommodate different construction methods. Demonstrate a basic understanding of the construction process to coordinate effectively with other team members. Read and interpret blueprints to accurately plan and execute wiring installation. Maintain a strong attention to detail to ensure precise and high-quality installation. Utilize your own basic set of installation tools to perform tasks efficiently and effectively. Adhere to the provided work schedule of either 4×10 hours or 5×8 hours per week. Qualifications Proven experience in installing low voltage wiring systems, including Category, audio, video, and control. Proficiency in the installation of high voltage wiring systems such as Romex, MC, and THHN in construction projects. Strong familiarity with both wood and metal framing techniques. Basic understanding of the construction process and the ability to work collaboratively with other construction professionals. Skilled in reading and comprehending blueprints to execute precise installation. Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Possession of a basic set of installation tools necessary for the job. Strong work ethic and self-motivation to meet project deadlines. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and project managers effectively. Team RDB will provide on-the-job training in all safety, tool operation, and maintenance areas.
