Full-Time | Entry-Level Jumpstart Your Career in the Solar Industry Quantum Solar is looking for a dependable and hardworking Junior Installer to join our growing solar installation crew. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone who is physically fit, eager to learn, and willing to travel full-time. No prior solar experience is required — just a solid work ethic and a good attitude.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Assist lead installers and electricians on residential rooftop solar projects Move and stage materials (solar panels, rails, tools, equipment) as needed Locate and organize tools and supplies throughout the day Keep the job site clean and safe by removing trash and debris Support the team with general labor tasks as directed by supervisors Follow all safety protocols and wear proper PPE at all times
What We’re Looking For:
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Ability to travel 100% of the time (projects are outside of your home area) Physically fit – able to lift 50+ lbs and work in heat or at heights Willing to follow directions and learn from experienced team members Comfortable with early mornings and long days on site Previous construction, roofing, or warehouse experience a plus (but not required) Valid ID and reliable transportation to meet the crew for travel departures
