Full-Time | Salaried | Leadership Role Lead Solar Installs with Experience, Confidence & Craftsmanship Quantum Solar is seeking a Roof Lead with extensive solar installation experience to take charge of the rooftop side of our residential solar projects. In this role, you’ll lead a crew, ensure top-tier installation quality, and represent the company’s high standards while working on job sites across Florida and surrounding states.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead the rooftop installation of residential solar systems Coordinate with electricians and project managers to ensure on-time, high-quality work Train and mentor junior installers , ensuring safety, productivity, and system accuracy Perform quality control inspections of your crew’s work before final walkthrough Maintain accurate documentation (photos, checklists, job status updates) Ensure full compliance with safety standards, OSHA regulations , and company protocols Represent Quantum Solar Enterprises LLC with professionalism on and off the job site

Requirements:

3+ years of hands-on solar installation experience , with at least 1 year in a lead or foreman role Strong understanding of solar racking systems, flashing, roof layouts , and installation procedures Ability to lead a crew and delegate tasks effectively Comfortable with travel 100% of the time•both in Florida and out-of-state (travel is paid for) Familiar with ladder and harness safety , power tools, and working on pitched rooftops Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
