The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of solar panel systems on residential properties. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, blueprint reading, and construction practices. The Solar Installer will work closely with other team members to ensure that installations are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all relevant codes and regulations. Responsibilities Install solar panel systems on rooftops and ground mounts according to specifications and blueprints. Conduct site assessments to determine optimal placement of solar panels. Collaborate with electricians to connect solar systems to electrical grids. Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) standards during installations. Perform fixture installations and maintain high standards of quality throughout the installation process. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installation. Maintain a clean and safe work environment on construction sites. Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project progress. Experience Proven experience in electrical work, preferably as a commercial electrician or in a related field. Familiarity with blueprint reading and understanding of construction site protocols. Experience with high voltage systems is preferred. Knowledge of plumbing principles as they relate to solar installations is a plus. Ability to work at heights, including on roofs, while adhering to safety regulations. Schedule:

12 hour shift 4 hour shift 8 hour shift Home daily Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
