- 40/hour depending on experience employment type: job title: Solar Installer Job description: We are currently seeking either employees, contractors, or companies interested in being acquired the BIG Picture 28 Year Direct Sales Company doing their own quality and fast installations on the East Coast expanding to the West.
We are looking for highly experienced installation technicians to join our team. As an installation technician, you will be responsible for installing solar panel systems for commercial and residential clients, ensuring all systems meet our strict safety and quality standards. We are seeking employees, contractors, and licensed qualifiers.
Responsibilities:
- Install solar panel systems on rooftops or ground-mounts
- Ensure all systems are safely and correctly installed according to specifications and requirements
- Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure timely completion of projects
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with installed systems
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience installing solar panel systems
- Knowledge of electrical and construction safety guidelines
- A strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work on ladders
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation Contractor rates vary and are paid by the watt or panel.
