Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Residential Solar Installer who is comfortable working on roofs and at heights. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and want to be part of a growing solar team—this is the role for you. You’ll install solar panels on residential rooftops, working closely with your crew to deliver clean energy solutions safely and efficiently. We supply the truck, gas card, gear, and training—you bring the hustle and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Install solar panels, racking, and related hardware on residential rooftops Follow layout plans, work orders, and safety protocols Use ladders, harnesses, and fall protection to work safely on roofs Assist with electrical runs, conduit, and panel connections under supervision Maintain a clean job site and properly load/unload equipment Collaborate with team members to complete jobs on schedule
What We’re Looking For:
Comfortable working at heights and on pitched roofs in outdoor conditions Strong work ethic and attention to detail Prior roofing, construction, or solar experience preferred—but not required Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work with hand/power tools Team player with a positive, can-do attitude Valid driver’s license preferred
