Solar Installation Supervisor Maine Energy Experts, LLC Buxton, ME 04093 • Hybrid work Project Manager – Solar, Heat Pumps & Roofing Full- Time, Hybrid (Field-First) Southern Maine About Us At Maine Energy Experts, we help homeowners break free from rising utility bills by swapping their electric, oil, and propane costs for solar and energy-efficient systems they own. Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a Project Manager who takes pride in owning every step of a job—from contract to completion. What You’ll Do Manage residential and commercial installs across solar, HVAC, and roofing Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, and material deliveries Be the main point of contact for clients post-sale—Manage the relationship and take full responsibility for their satisfaction Ensure installs are safe, efficient, and profitable Work closely with your assistant, who handles permitting, paperwork, and logistics Communicate clearly with sales, field, and office teams to keep jobs moving Exceed quality control and customer satisfaction targets Requirements 2+ years experience managing residential solar or electrical projects, or 3+ years as a solar installer/crew lead/electrician Familiarity with service panels, subpanels, and trenching requirements for solar and heat pump installs Confident working with subcontractors, electricians, and town inspectors to keep projects on time and up to code Strong verbal and written communication skills Proactive mindset: takes ownership of the job from site walk to PTO and beyond Preferred but not required NABCEP certification Experience working with HVAC/heat pumps Familiarity with monitoring systems and signal integrity Comfort using project tracking tools (Solargraf, Monday, GHL) Compensation & Benefits Weekly base pay + performance bonuses Monthly insurance stipend Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement Growth opportunities as we scale throughout Maine by emailing Sam@energyexperts.me your resume and answers to the questions below with the subject line: Hire Me!
